Global NPN - Compensation Plan

    Let's first off say if you are not a member yet, what are you waiting for? You are really missing out on a lot not being involved in Global NPN with making the extra income that comes with it. I am only saying this to you as a work from home mom, I do not get involved into things lightly unless they work and are worth it in the end.

Global NPN System

With Global NPN you won't see that traditional forced matrix system that you see with others. With Global NPN system the use what is known as "smart spill". This technology with the matrix forces the matrix to be spreadout evenly, which allows your downline to stay happy and stay with you.

To understand more what I am talking about here is the Global NPN Matrix System:

Global NPN - So here is the layout of the 5x5 Matrix system:

• 1st level = 5 people
• 2nd level = 25 people
• 3rd level = 125 people
• 4th level = 625 people
• 5th level = 3125 people

If you take and add up all those people you get 3,905 people. Now if you are at the most basic level of NPN (Pro) than you earn 50% commission of $10.75, which comes out to $5 a month. So taking that concept:

$5 x 3,905 people = $19,525 a month residual income

All these people will not be refered on your own through the matrix, which is really nice. What helps is how the matrix spill over concept works within this system. The other added bonus is that you make 50cents for every person that your matrix signs up.

If we get more into the earning aspect of the system, you will also see that every person that you sign up you also earn with their matrix. How do much do you earn? You earn 50 cents for each person that your downline matrix signs up into their matrix.


So to get a better idea of just how much you can truly make with this system from your direct matrix and your downline's matrix, here is a break down of it: You sign up 500 people and each one of those people that you sign up also signs up an accumulation of 1,000 people together.

(500 x $5) + ($0.50 x 1,000) = $3,000 a month residual income

As you move up in levels in the system, you will also move up in potential monthly residual income that you could be earning.

Post, Ship, Sell, Save.

We all know the process: Post, sell, ship; post, sell, ship. But how would you like to add one
more step, like post, sell, ship, save?

Maximizing the efficiency and profitability of selling online takes time and practice. Today,
we'll skip to a lesson that you can begin applying immediately - ways you can save money on
shipping your Etsy items.

Print your postage online - If you're tired of trips to the Post Office, you can pay a
monthly subscription price to buy postage online and print it at home! Various tools let
you add package dimensions, weight, address information, etc. into the program and
then print postage, shipping labels and even tracking barcodes from your home printer.

• USPS carrier pick up - Avoid another trip to the Post Office by having your USPS carrier
pick up your parcels when he/she delivers your mail. You can schedule a pickup online
for free! The only requirement is you must be using an expedited service, such as
Express Mail or Priority Mail.

• Increase the cost of your items to get more sales - Selling a particularly heavy item
with pricey shipping costs? Consider posting a higher price for your product on Etsy, etc.
and posting a lower charge for shipping. On paper, you'll still receive the same amount
of money, but customers will likely be more apt to purchase when shipping costs are
reasonable.

• Get free packaging online, buy it cheap, or make your own - There's no reason to pay
full price for your packaging supplies. You can order free Priority Mail packaging from
USPS.com, purchase it for cheap off eBay and from local businesses, and even make
your own. Re-use old boxes covered in labels by turning the box inside out, and make
your own padding by shredding newspaper.

• Reduce the size of your packaging - Consider stocking up on boxes and envelopes in a
variety of sizes. When you have the right size packaging, you won't be forced to use a
larger than necessary - and more expensive than necessary - envelope or box.

• Print double-sided - If you send customers a copy of their receipt or other
documentation that happens to be more than 1 page, consider double-sided printing.
Less weight can mean more savings in postage!

• Be prepared to ship any time - Keep your best-selling products pre-packaged and your
supplies stocked for quick mailing.

Like most money-saving strategies, being smart about postage requires you to do your research
and be prepared. Pick the best Mail Class, keep your packages light, and ship items promptly for
satisfied customers.

Why I Use Smashwords

On my site you have seen a lot of articles recently posted by my little helper and VA on the topic of writing an ebook and self publishing. The reason is, because I want to bring it to the forefront that there are more options than just selling homemade items online and you can combine both things to make money with.

For me I have been writing first and am just now personally, as in the past I have helped clients, get into selling the stuff that I make. Yes, I have sold online before but never my own products that I produce myself. But aside from that, we will get back on topic of self publishing.

I had a hard search a few years ago for self publishing options, I came across Createspace, etc. but it just wasn't what I was wanting. I also knew about clickbank and e-junkie, but again isn't what I was looking for as at the time it was to much of an upfront fee to publish with any of them.

Than I stumble upon Smashwords and fell in love with what they have to offer with self publishing on their system. When someone buys your book they have many options to how they will receive it in what file extension and there is an added bonus.

What is that added bonus?

You can have affiliates for your ebook. That is right a built in affiliate program if you want. I will discuss this more in my next post.

What about Kindle self publishing?

I actually use them along with Smashwords, even though Smahswords gives buyers the option to buy in kindle format on the site.
